support hyperlinks in item description

support hyperlinks directly in the text (so that I could click (or ctrl+click, better yet, a configuration option on how it would work) on a word starting with http:// or wiki style [link] to navigate to it). this would be prefered method. it would be cool to support links to files and so on

as an alternative add an input box under description to add link to the item. it's not as flexible as ability to insert links directly in the text, but should be sufficient in most cases.
